Keep Skirts 1 and 2 completely unchanged. Modify Skirt 3 only: remove any bow and cape; create a just-above-ankle lightweight organza skirt with multiple gathered and flounced tiers forming large, architectural, airy, sculptural cascades and an intentionally undulating hem. Add three-dimensional light-ivory floral laser-cut appliqués with layered petals and embroidered vein, contour, and textural detailing, concentrated toward the top of Skirt 3 and tapering seamlessly into the ruffle tiers. Sew lightweight, flexible, smooth-finished horsehair braid into the hem of every Skirt 3 ruffle tier so the ruffles are buoyant, crisp, highly structured, airy, playful, and mobile. Do not alter any detail of Skirts 1 or 2, including their skirts, capes, bows, lengths, fabrics, or embellishment.
